In according with the use of different environment, there are different materials, formulations, and the most commonly used are SILICONE、NBR、VITON that can be product according to international norms of Japan、Europe and USA.

We have O-Ring、X type、U type, and the size from the most sophisticated to large LED Packing, and the free mold charges of O-Ring.

NBR

Excellent Oil and Wear Resistance, within -25~+100 temperature range degrees of use.

Silicone

Heat Resistance、Low Temperature、Weather Resistance within -40~+250 temperature range degrees of use.

Viton

Acid and Alkali、Hot Resistance、Drug within -40~+220 temperature range degrees of use.

Foam strip

Foam shaped article

Features:

Waterproof、Seal、Soundproofed、Heat Resistance、High Temperature Resistance、Low Temperature Resistance、Wear、Anti-aging、Surface Texture Smooth, and its combined to do sealing ring, than the mold more cost-effective.
